Our sister company NJM Fabrications was born from a need to ensure the integration of all roofing and cladding components was perfect and timely.
After many years of outsourcing flashings and secondary substructure components the company decided to invest in engineering machinery that would enable us to fabricate our own components.
We are equipped with the latest CNC press brake, guillotines, metal workers, box and pan folders and decoilers to now produce all of our own roofing and cladding components.
Specialist items of plant help us keep the edge in an ever demanding market these include:
Cassette Panel Profiling Machine: Capable of producing secret fix cladding panels from 180mm to 650mm wide and lengths of up to 15m
4m Press Brake: Longer than the traditional 3m press brake this gives us a distinct advantage when that little bit extra is required to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and technically awkward detail.
Bespoke items are our speciality and a challenge to everyday flashings, our skilled sheet metal workers have the facilities and know how to form almost any metal shape in a all metals.
